Slow Cooker Loaded Baked Potatoes



4 russet potatoes, scrubbed and pricked all over

1 teaspoon oil

salt to taste

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup sour cream

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup chives, chopped


Rub the potatoes with the oil, salt and pepper, wrap in foil and cook in the slow cooker for 8-10 hours on LOW or 4-5 hours on HIGH before unwrapping, slicing and sprinkling with toppings!
