Ingredients :

°7 sweet potatoes

°3 onions

°3 tablespoons of flour

°pepper

°salt

°oil

°1 egg

Peel the potatoes and onions and grate them well. Excess water must be removed.

Add flour, eggs, a little salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
